VICTORY PLUS, INC.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to receive two (2) tickets to a 2025 regular season Texas Rangers game in the Texas Rangers Ticket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you must be a first-time purchaser of a Texas Rangers’ Season Pass on the Victory+ streaming service from Victory Plus, Inc. between February 1 and April 1, 2025.

You must also be a U.S. citizen, a resident of the Texas Rangers’ Home Television Territory (as defined by Major League Baseball), 18 years of age or older, and not employed by Victory Plus, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising or promotion agencies (if any), nor be a member of their respective families or persons living in the same household.

Limit of two (2) tickets per household per calendar year. Limited to first 10,000 new subscribers, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Limited time offer.

2. Tickets

Each ticket has an approximate retail value of US$10.00. Tickets are valid for regular-season games only and must be used for the same game. Tickets are subject to availability.

Sponsor and Texas Rangers Baseball Club reserve the right to select the game for which the tickets will be valid. Tickets are subject to any restrictions or requirements imposed by the Texas Rangers, Major League Baseball, or other applicable entity.

Sponsor is not responsible for tickets that cannot be utilized due to weather, game delays or cancellations, Acts of God, or any other reason outside the control of Sponsors (including, without limitation, your inability to use the tickets for any reason) and will not be reissued or replaced.

Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash. Offer subject to federal, state, and local regulations and laws and is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited. By accepting the tickets, you agree to these rules and the decisions of Sponsor as they relate to the Giveaway.

3. General

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to the Giveaway or its administration at any time and in its sole discretion. Such changes will become effective upon announcement.

Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the rules, their announcements, or the offering or administration of the Giveaway.

By accepting the tickets, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliated, and other related companies, the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, Major League Baseball, and any other entity involved in sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Giveaway, and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, damages, or liability arising out of or relating to the Giveaway and/or use or attempted use of the tickets.
